Conditions générales

1. Booking & Payment

Reservation Deposit: A deposit of 50% is required to secure your dates. The booking is not confirmed until this payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

2. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of €1000 is required to cover any potential damages, breakages, or excessive cleaning requirements. This deposit will be refunded in full within 10 working days of departure, provided the property is left in the condition it was found.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 15:00 (3:00 PM). Please provide your estimated arrival time 48 hours in advance for key handover.

Check-out: By 10:00 AM.

Late check-outs must be pre-arranged and may incur an additional fee.

4. House Rules & Guest Responsibilities

Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity stated in the listing (8 guests). Unauthorized guests may lead to immediate eviction without refund.

Noise & Neighbors: Guests are asked to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 23:00 to 08:00. Loud parties or events are strictly prohibited.

Smoking: Casa Palmera is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

Pets: Pets allowed only with prior written consent.

5. Maintenance & Access

The owners or their representatives reserve the right to access the property for essential maintenance (e.g., pool cleaning, garden upkeep, or emergency repairs). We will always endeavor to provide prior notice.

6. Liability

Personal Property: Costa Rental Homes and the owners of Casa Palmera are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guests' personal belongings.

Safety: Guests use the swimming pool and property facilities at their own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

7. Force Majeure

Neither the owner nor the booking agent shall be liable for any changes, cancellations, or delays caused by events outside their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, utility outages (water/electricity), or government restrictions.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of the province of Alicante.
