Cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure the best experience for all our guests and to maintain our high standards of service, the following cancellation terms apply to all bookings at Casa Palmera:
1. Standard Cancellation Windows
- Full Refund: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund of the total booking amount (minus any processing fees, if applicable).
- Partial Refund: Guests who cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date are non-refundable.
2. Early Departures
In the event of an early departure or a "no-show," the full cost of the remaining nights will be retained. No refunds will be issued for unused nights.
3. Cleaning & Service Fees
If a cancellation occurs before the guest checks in, the Cleaning Fee will always be refunded in full.
4. Administrative Notes
- Timezone: Cancellation deadlines are based on the local time in Javea, Spain (CET/CEST).
- Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that our guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, such as flight delays, illness, or family emergencies.
